The inquiry form is hosted by Tally. Information you submit is delivered to Averbrook and retained in our form and email systems to respond to your inquiry and maintain appropriate business records. Tally receives the form contents and technical information needed to provide the service. You may also contact us directly by email.
Please do not send financial records or identity documents in an initial inquiry. Ask about the appropriate channel if sensitive information is needed.

Online agreements and client records.
When you use our signup form, Averbrook receives your contact details, property or search preferences, and required confirmations. Cloudflare hosts the form and stores the intake and onboarding records. SignWell prepares and delivers the agreement for electronic signing, records the signing activity, and supplies completed copies.
We may keep a referral-channel label, such as Yelp or Instagram, and an approved campaign label within your current browser tab and with a submitted inquiry or signup. These help us understand which links bring inquiries. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable these labels. We do not retain raw referrer addresses, advertising click identifiers or other query details for this purpose, and we do not send your signup details to advertising platforms.
Completed agreements and relevant transaction records are retained to administer your engagement and meet applicable recordkeeping duties. Our form does not request Social Security numbers, identity-document uploads or payment-card details. Do not include those details in your intake.
A private preparation page may be created from your signed information. Keep its link private. Contact nick@averbrook.com about your information or to request an appropriate correction, subject to required record retention.
