Rental listing · $199
For property owners handling their own rental process, the limited-service option covers listing preparation, entry and agreed updates. You handle inquiries, showings, applicant evaluation and lease negotiations, subject to applicable law.
The written agreement defines the scope and the property owner’s listing fee. Full-service representation and any separately authorized third-party services have their own terms.
